Some observations

After "surveyor" tries to get my attention by informing me that my shoeslaces were lose.

If you're going to lie to me about a small thing like my shoelaces being undone, then how am I to trust you to buy insurance policies or financial plans from you?


After being told them I'm getting seats "6 rows from the back".

6 rows from the back + 2 rows from the front =/= 6 rows from the back + 10 rows from the front. Disinformation on purpose? Which movie-goer would be more interested in how far their seat is from the back (unless the whole purpose is to go to the cinema and make out and have someone film you and spark a whole 'what you can do in so called public places' debate :p)? I'm more interested in how far I am from the front and not risk getting a stiff neck.

Being asked would I like Sprite only to learn that there is ONLY Sprite left.

Why even bother giving me that illusion of choice? There is no choice. There issn't even a red pill and blue pill.
