Dangers of April Fools Jokes.

In what started out as an Aprils Fools day joke, this sure turned out scary.

The basic premise is that it was going to be April Fools day, so as a prank, it was silently decided between Siyong, Kailoon and me that we would try to organize a unicycle trip then not turn up, leaving everyone stranded!

Some how, word of this got to Sid and the trip became a post April Fools day celebration ride to be held on Saturday. To disuade Sid, I gave the cheeky suggestion that we should do a ride around P.Ubin at Night and without lights. I think Sid probably gave it some consideration before throwing it out of the window for being too cowardly an idea.

And thus, there we were on a Sunday morning, waiting to go to P.Ubin, in what can best be described as a Post, Post April Fools day ride. To me it just was an April Fools day joke gone horribly wrong. Me and my big mouth and since I was a *cough*loyal*cough* friend, I decided to join Sid, Sam, Ben2, Jolyn, Helena and our unicycles on this trip. It was quite a milestone actually. It was both Sam and Helena's first unicycle trip, albiet on unicycles.

The weather was hot and humid, with most of us feeling the effect after just a short ride. But undeterred, mainly due to the fact that Sid just might kill us all if we did not get moving, we pressed on.

"There ain't no mountain high enough, there ain't no valley deep enough" was probably a good theme to go to, although the highest mountain was a hump that Jolyon fell over and the valleys all tended to have bridges. But non the less, we went on.

To cut a long story short, we went, we saw, we kind of slunked back to the jetty, but we survived a ride in the wilderness that is called P.Ubin.

Hope this makes all those muggers *cough*Kailoon*cough*Siyong*cough* jealous.
